Panther Cubs

Three-day Class

• Must be 3 years of age by August 1st of current year of enrollment.
• Meets Tuesday-Thursday 8:00-10:30 a.m.
• Children in this class must be working toward toilet independence
• One to three years from kindergarten enrollment.

Children will spend time learning concepts through appropriate hands-on experience of counting, sorting, coloring, painting, and simplistic scissor cutting. Introduction of handwriting through tracing of upper and lower case letters and formation of child’s name will be encouraged in preparation for kindergarten.

Bible stories and curriculum will be based on the AWANA Cubbies Program. Daily rotation of learning stations provides for an upbeat classroom atmosphere that keeps children active and excited about exploring their world. A daily schedule includes crafts, story time, reciting, childhood exercises, music, play, recess and snack.
