Three-day Class

• Must be 3 years of age by August 1st of current year of enrollment.
• Meets Tuesday-Thursday 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
• Children in this class must be toilet independent
• One to three years from kindergarten enrollment.

Children will spend time learning concepts to prepare for kindergarten. Special attention will be applied to letter identification of upper and lower case, phonics, handwriting, and numbers 1-100. Through hands-on experience during station rotations, each child will complete free form work in both handwriting and numbers as well as begin simplistic math concepts. Coloring, painting, & music will be taught to enhance skills in fine arts, and basic crafts will be taught as a fun way to develop fundamental knowledge in preparation for academic success.

Daily specials include exercises, music, reciting, and bible basics through the AWANA Cubbies Program. Recess, playtime and snack are built into the curriculum to offer a balanced and exciting program.
